With an engine output of 1.7 kW and a pulling capacity of up to 1,200 kg, we are proud to present the EDER – Winch 1200 B together with STIHL. This pulls more than 90 times its own weight (12 kg) and can be easily carried by hand to any location by using lightweight synthetic ropes.

Operation

The EDER – Winch 1200 B is controlled outside the danger zone. By pulling lightly on the rope, the throttle trigger of the control unit is moved and the winch starts to pull.

Rope brake

Maximum safety thanks to the rope brake! As soon as the operator releases the rope, the winch stops and the rope is clamped in the brake. This prevents the load from slipping back unintentionally. The brake can, however, be released on purpose.
